    If your goal is to get lean, cardio is really only important for getting you from 99% to 100%—the rest is all nutrition. I still recommend it for its mental, emotional, and cardiorespiratory benefits, but it’s not as important as resistance training and nutrition. I’ll work around your preferences and schedule within reason.

  • What if I hate a certain food?

    No problem. My nutrition plans come packaged with plenty of substitution options to suit your taste.

  • I’m vegetarian/paleo, etc. Can you work around my dietary preferences?

    Yup! I can accommodate nearly any diet, with the exception of the ketogenic diet, which is great for drastic fat loss in dire situations but not ideal for honing your best physique.

  • Will I feel hungry?

    This sounds like one of those too-good-to-be-true claims, but when most clients start working with me, they actually have the opposite problem.

    Healthy foods are filling, and you’ll be eating a lot of them.

  • Will I have to prepare all my meals in advance? And will I be eating the same thing all the time?

    Yes, you’ll have to get used to “meal prep Sunday,” and you’ll likely find it easiest to prepare the same foods for your various meals throughout the day.

    My plans come with plenty of substitution options, but my goal is for you to develop the habit of treating food as fuel. And when it comes time for a cheat meal, you’ll appreciate every bite in a way you never thought you could.

    Technically, every diet works, so long as you’re eating fewer calories. Various forms of fasting are no exception.

    But not every diet is sustainable, and fasting isn’t the best long-term solution for everyone. My goal is to help you create a lifelong habit of eating the right foods in the right amounts at the right times, so you’ll always have control over how lean you are.
